Trauma is any experience that is deeply distressing or disturbing. During a traumatic experience the body switches into Fight or Flight mode. The body is flooded with stress hormones giving you the energy and focus to deal with the immediate danger. This is great for your short term survival, but survival mode is not meant to be a long term state of being. After a single trauma or repeated trauma the body can become stuck in Survival mode. This creates a situation where a person is in a constant state of stress and anxiety and/or develops chronic pain or other health issues. Through the Density Release Programs I have developed it is possible to release the trauma in your system, reprogram your brain so you can live a healthy and vibrant life.

1:1 coaching with me is all about breaking through perceived limitations. I love taking people on a self discovery journey deep into their being. Through this process we unlock vast gifts and other aspects that are trapped in your trauma, limiting beliefs, and life experience. During our time together I support you in processing trauma and releasing any limitations we encounter. We also work together to dig to the root of survival mode coping mechanisms at the same time we create new supportive habits. You leave our time together in a much more connected and expansive place with the tools to continue to progress toward your goals.

Density Release Monthly Group
Join me for a monthly density clearing and Q & A session. During this hour long session we will discuss whats currently going on in the world and go through a guided density clearing process.
